FAQ
What documents do I need?
Bring a valid identity document and a valid driving licence accepted for driving in the Czech Republic. The driver must be included in the rental agreement.
What is the minimum rental period?
The usual minimum is four days. If a particular vehicle has a different minimum, its detail page shows the current value from the vehicle data.
When can I collect or return the vehicle?
Handover is arranged in advance. Opening hours are Monday to Thursday 09:00–17:00 and Friday 09:00–15:00. Saturday and Sunday are closed.
Are the prices shown online final?
The vehicle detail shows the current daily rates for each rental-length band. There are no hidden surcharges added just because you proceed with a booking.
How do I pay?
Rental charges and the deposit are paid in cash in Czech crowns unless a specific confirmed booking states otherwise.
Is a refundable deposit required?
Yes. The exact deposit is shown on each vehicle detail and is confirmed again before handover.
Is mileage limited?
The listed vehicles include unlimited mileage unless the confirmed booking or rental agreement explicitly states otherwise.
Can I take the car abroad?
Foreign travel is currently suspended and the vehicle may not be taken outside the Czech Republic. If foreign travel is allowed again in the future, prior written approval will be required, together with assistance/insurance covering towing back to the Czech Republic. In the event of a breakdown, accident or natural event abroad, the renter must arrange and pay for returning the vehicle to the agreed handover point in the Czech Republic.
Can I smoke or carry animals?
No. Smoking in the vehicle is prohibited and transporting animals is also prohibited.
How should the vehicle be returned?
Return it at the agreed time, washed, clean and vacuumed, with the agreed fuel level. Report any new damage before handover.
What should I do after an accident or damage?
Make the situation safe, contact the police when required, document the incident and contact the rental company immediately. Do not arrange a repair without approval.
